Payments
Only ONE discount can be applied on our Checkout page. You can add your discount code only after you click on Checkout while in your Cart.

For all other order cancellations, please contact us immediately via our contact page. We will respond to all emails within asap and cancelations can be made up to 12 hours after purchase. Once the order request has been processed by our warehouse (generally within a couple of hours) or manufacturers (generally within a 1 day), your order cannot be cancelled.
We might be able to change your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and don't forget to include your order number.
Shipping
We have free worldwide shipping (with tracking) on all orders.
Since some of our pieces are handmade-to-order, such as our custom-made bracelets, processing times can vary significantly between products. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Current Production Time: 1-3 business days (up to 5 days for some custom engraved items).
For faster processing and tracking, you can choose an expedited option for an additional $2.95, which speeds up the overall delivery of your order.

Note: These are estimated delivery times in business days. Some items, such as custom pieces, clocks, and larger items, may take longer to arrive. Occasionally, delays may occur due to shipping carriers or customs processing.
Please note that tracking numbers may only function reliably for domestic orders. For international shipments, foreign postal systems often do not update the package location within our carrier's tracking systems.
International Shipping: Delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination country. Please estimate this timeframe from the date your package ships until it arrives.
If your order is domestic (within your country) and the tracking number doesn’t work, please contact us so we can verify that your items were properly shipped.
We ship our products from different warehouses and always aim to send your items from the closest one to your location. However, this might mean that some items arrive on different dates as they may be shipped separately from various warehouses.
We are constantly working on stocking our warehouses with as many products as possible, but this is not always feasible with custom designs. Rest assured, you will receive all your items, even if they arrive at different times.
We receive a lot of questions about our order times. We strive to send every order as quickly as possible! However, some orders have items that we craft-to-order which will extend the shipping times. We promise to ship all orders as quickly as possible and if any order or item will take more than 3-5 days to ship we will contact you to let you know the updated production time.
Returns
We have a 30 day returns or exchange policy from the date the delivery was received. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning.

Most of our bike chain bracelets can be shortened or a extension clasp may be used to lengthen the bracelet. For more information on this please refer to our how to measure guide for our bike chain bracelets which also has information on how to shorten a bike chain braclet.

Wholesale
Please contact us before ordering for a wholesale discount. We will respond to all emails within 48 hours.
Let us know which items you would like and how many of each item. We need to know this first to make sure we have enough of each item in stock. If we can accommodate your order, we will then email you back with your personal wholesale discount code.
MINIMUM WHOLESALE ORDER AMOUNT IS $300.
We also offer bulk discounts if you buy for your group of friends or family, for orders between 8-20+ items of the same product. Just reach out to our support team to find out what we can do for you!
